We are a Whitelabel partner, which is currently valued at $499/month (you can check their website). We have been paying them for 2 years now and we have no plans of ending the streak. We have a few profitable models in place which will be public soon, for B2B and B2C.

Our contract ends only if we stop paying and if that happens, we will swiftly transfer your BotsGround License to Chatrace License, free of cost. So, you have nothing to worry about.

We will not interfere with the daily business operations you have within your Chatbot dashboard. Few chatbot functionalities are set in place to adhere to the compliance of Facebook. Yet, we still urge you to follow a few simple guidelines imposed by Facebook.

As a platform, we do have certain privileges, just like other platforms do, like Shopify, Manychat, etc. We’ll not shut down your lifetime account even if we fight.

In case you feel like switching away from BotsGround, your flows, subscribers, and automation will be swiftly transferred to Chatrace at a nominal fee depending on the work involved. Again, you have nothing to worry about.

Once we activate your Chatrace license, we’ll no longer have control over your license. After activation, there’s always a chance, that a user can raise a dispute inside PayPal. On the other hand, you can use PayPal for BotsGround licenses because we will have control over them and if anyone tries to scam, we can collectively ban him/her.

Let’s say you got a BotsGround license activated for your particular business unit. For some reason, you’re no longer interested in pursuing that business and want to switch to a different unit. Yes, all Whitelabel partners of Chatrace have a common name displayed while you connect with Facebook & Google-related services. The app’s name is ‘Appcontx.’ So, if you avail of the license from BotsGround, when you connect other apps via Zapier or Make or related automation platforms, you’ll see the term ‘Appcontx’ instead of Chatrace/BotsGround.

While Chatrace is already packed with powerful features and integrations, the new features will reflect on BotsGround only after it gets implemented on Chatrace.

Also, a few things like the Facebook platform outage and parent server loads are beyond our control. During such times, bots will be slower. Even Facebook publicly announces such outage status.
